If there are any weather-related cancellations, there is no charge for canceling a reservation due to illness, rain, high winds, excess heat, or thunder storms. The deposit made will be saved as a raincheck and will not expire! This policy was updated on March 28th, 2024.

Our units are cleaned and sanitized regularly. We inspect every unit after each rental, ensuring a safe and clean jumping experience is our top priority. We understand the importance of maintaining a hygienic environment for our customers, which is why we take great care to clean our jumpers thoroughly before and after each rental. Our dedicated team goes above and beyond to ensure that all equipment is sanitized and ready for use, providing peace of mind for both parents and children alike. With our commitment to cleanliness and safety, you can trust that your experience with us will be both enjoyable and worry-free. We typically vacuum out or sweep away any debris and then we clean and sanitize our units with a mixture of lysol disinfectants. We also use odoban and simple green.
When it comes to setting up inflatables, such as jump houses, jump houses with slides, water slides, and obstacle courses, it's important to consider a few key factors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your customers. Here are some guidelines you can factor in for your next event:
1. **Outdoor Setup**: Inflatables are typically set up outdoors on a flat, level surface free of any sharp objects or debris that could puncture the material. Grass, asphalt, concrete, or a similar flat surface are ideal for setting up jump houses. We can accomidate some slight inclines.
2. **Clear Area**: Make sure there is enough space around the inflatable to allow for safe entry and exit, as well as to prevent any collisions with surrounding objects or structures. We can't set up the entry wat next to poles, walls, bushes etc.
3. **Safety Precautions**: Ensure that the area is clear of overhead obstructions such as tree branches or power lines. Additionally, consider the proximity to roads or other potential hazards.
4. **Anchoring**: Inflatables should be securely anchored to the ground using stakes or sandbags to prevent them from tipping over or moving during use.
5. **Supervision**: It's important to have a designated supervisor or attendant 18 years of age or older present at all times to monitor the inflatable and ensure that users are following safety guidelines.
6. **Locations**. We typically set up at residences, back yards, parks, community centers, schools, and churches. We recommend setting up on grass if at all possible, but can accommodate many surfaces.
