We understand that celebrations often take place beyond our core service region, and we frequently deliver to extended areas by request. Our goal is to make every customer’s event accessible to our services, regardless of distance. We routinely coordinate deliveries beyond Yuba City, Marysville, Plumas Lake, Olivehurst, Wheatland, and surrounding communities. When planning logistics, our scheduling team considers travel time, equipment setup requirements, and venue access to provide a smooth and efficient experience.

Please note that additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our regular service area. These charges are based on distance, travel duration, and fuel costs. FAQ Do you deliver and set up ?

Yes, let us do the heavy lifting, We wheel in, set, and secure our inflatables. You just need enough space to accommodate our units, and we need a clear path and a wide enough entryway and path to the set-up location. We also wheel in tables and chairs, but set up is an additional cost. Please ensure tables and chairs are folded up and stored in the original location.

We deliver and set up at most locations within 50 miles of Marysville, CA. We can accommodate locations outside of this radius for an additional fee and as long as it works with our schedule. Book early to ensure your event is secured, small deposit is required on all bookings (we do make an exception for Schools, Corporations, Churches, and Festivals)

FAQ Does the standard 5 hour rental time include your set up time?

No, we target to deliver your items at least 1–3 hours before your event starts, sometimes even earlier on especially busy days. We understand there might be certain accommodations that you require, depending on your event. Certain locations have strict time windows regarding set up and pick up. We try to accommodate every request, but sometimes we need to charge additional fees for shorter delivery and pick up time frames.

FAQ Do you require a deposit?

Here at Angels Party Jumpers, we require a deposit to secure your reservation for our rentals. The deposit amount is typically 25-35% of the total rental fee and must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future rental if you need to cancel and reschedule your event. By paying the deposit, you are guaranteeing the availability of the equipment for your selected date and time, therefore, removing it for our rental inventory. We accept various payment methods for deposits, including credit cards, debit cards, and checks. The remaining balance for your rental is due on the day of your event before the inflatables or equipment is delivered. If the full payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Our deposit policy helps us ensure that our equipment is well-maintained and available for all customers. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so please contact us if you have any concerns about the deposit.

FAQ How much space do I need?

When setting up a jump house or other inflatable, we will need enough space to accommodate the size of the inflatable, as well as additional clearance around it for safety reasons. The space required will depend on the size of the inflatable you are renting, we need additional space for larger units like obstacle courses, bounce houses with slides, and water slides.. As a general guideline, you will need an area that is at least 2 feet larger than the dimensions of the inflatable on all sides to allow for proper anchoring and safe usage. It's also important to consider the height clearance needed for the inflatable, especially if there are overhead obstructions like trees or power lines.

Another few factors to keep in mind are the entry and exits of the units. We cannot have inflatables rubbing on any fences, branches, wires, bushes, or plants. We highly recommend contacting our team, and they will measure your yard with a special software in case there are any questions or concerns. We can also have a team member visit your location to be 100% sure.
